Humility is Leadership

Today’s episode is about seeing things differently, being willing to apologize, being open to change, and how humility can harness that openness and steer personal and collective change in a positive way.

I touch on coming up against white privilege and unethical societal norms like animal agriculture and environmental degradation, disagreements with loved ones and clients, taking constructive criticism, and being able to look at your own bullshit, outdated, unhelpful or even limiting beliefs.

Humility is power. Don’t you forget it? It’s not putting yourself down. It’s taking in the uncomfortable to grow. It helps you connect, hold space, and make lasting change.
