5 ways of living to enjoy the shit out of your life & business

 
 

This week on the show, I’m coming on solo to give you the top five practices and mindsets I use to keep myself clear, grounded, creative, and passionate about my life and work.

1) Setting the context. Consistent morning visualization and letting yourself dream.

2) Dedicating myself to my healing.

3) Boundaries. Keeping them with myself, clients, and family.

4) Asking for and receiving support. Creating an investment mindset and seeing everything you do as an intentional investment with a karmic return.

5) Choosing love over fear. Not as simple as it sounds, but to me this means moving from a space of true internal freedom.
