In this episode of Air & Earth Podcast, I’m bringing you the first module of the Healthy Habits Bundle and it’s all about starting and creating new habits! I will not be telling you which habits to formulate by any means, but I will be helping you find the inner strength and motivation to develop habits that make you feel great every day.

Healthy Habits are about feeling good and having more energy, it’s not about sacrifice, punishment, or pressure. We are practicing flow and ease while also practicing discipline. Discipline is honoring the path that you want to be on by showing up and making it happen.

Give yourself time and encouragement throughout this process. Habits form incrementally over time, so be gracious with and celebrate yourself as you move through these steps.
