I’ll spend six weeks at a time with you on our four space holding pillars teaching you through trainings, facilitation practice sessions, Q&A sessions, and personalized feedback sessions.

YES all our programs have replays up and ready for you to watch within 24 hours if you can't attend our session live.

Our calls are scheduled to be held at 1 pm MST with one evening call for our mandatory LIVE practice every six weeks to accommodate the different time zones. Replays will be available as well!

Trainings are delivered live via Zoom, or pre-recorded and housed in our Thinkific library that you will have lifetime access to.

You do NOT have to go through the entire certification process if this is not in alignement with you. You can just come to learn with us!

It is required to watch all classes and complete and turn in all homework, plus attend ONE of the four pillar practice sessions at the end of each quarter and the final exam where you will receive live feedback.

You will receive live feedback in five live classes. At the end of each quarter we have a live practices session where you will lead the group through a practice based on that pillar and what you have learned so far. Melissa will give you valuable “mastery level” feedback during these live sessions. At the end of the seven months, you will have a final exam where you will also receive feedback.
