I’m Melissa, and I help compassionate individuals who are looking to expand into their fullest potential and share their unique gifts with the world through mindfulness and self-reflective practices and money mindset education. 

I've created the life of my dreams truly from building up the little moments. Meditation, journaling, eating healthy, baths, work I love, connection to nature, and social time is my every day. Alignment, clarity, self-reflection, and fulfillment is the way I choose to live.

We use video lessons and journaling prompts to teach you how to deveolp your own healthy habits, the ones that are unique to the life that feels good to you.
