My healing journey started 15 years ago when I came out of a cloud of childhood trauma, anxiety and depression, and debilitating social anxiety and started to decide that life was going to go differently for me.
Throughout the last 15 years, I have learned and developed a network of tools, practices, and in the moment shifts that have allowed me to become someone who can hold A LOT.
I hold a lot of success. I hold a lot of responsibility and a lot of clients. I hold a lot of money. I have a lot of support and support a lot of people. I have beautiful life experiences. I am a trusted human that many people come to in their heaviest moments. I have gone through immense healing with my family to have very close relationships with them.
Through the last almost 5 years as an entrepreneur, I have applied these capacity expanders to my business and relationship with money - and I can truthfully say that this is the biggest key to my success. Everything else is informed by my inner capacity - sales, content, space holding, relationship with money, business model.
